Who we are
SP Light and Design is an Italian company specializing in the design, production, and marketing of lighting systems and furnishing accessories. We combine technical functionality with design elegance, offering solutions tailored for contemporary and timeless spaces.
Founded in 2013 as a family-run business, SP Light and Design was created with the aim of continuing and revitalizing the legacy of the historic company Valenti, from which we carry forward its activities, expertise, and above all, a design philosophy rooted in quality, innovation, and passion.
Valenti, established in 1929, played a central role in the development of Italian design, particularly from the mid-1960s onward. Between 1968 and 2010, the company produced over 200 products, now preserved in a historical archive that stands as a unique heritage in the lighting and industrial design sector.
With a forward-looking vision and strong roots in the past, we work every day to bring light to projects that merge aesthetics, functionality, and a deep culture of design.
